Steps to approve the data fed by districts under a region |

|
Visit http://iisfm.nic.in Login through “FCI Regional Office” logid of your region. Following screen will appear:
Click the link “Stock Accounting (Reports)”. Following screen will appear:
Click “District’s Data Entry Checklist”. Following screen appear:
Select appropriate “ Fortnight” , “month” and “year” for which data approval is to be done. Then click “Submit” button. Next screen will show the list of all the Districts under your region with checklist report for the inflow –outflow and scheme wise offtake for the selected period. The screen will be of the following type ( e.g. following screen is showing report for Delhi region):
Click “Check Reports” to check the data fed by the Districts. After ensuring that data fed by the districts under your regions is correct, click “Submit Data for HO” to approve the data fed by the Districts of your region. Following screen will appear :
Click “Approve & submit Data” to approve it Or“<<Go Back to Check list” to again check the data fed by the districts under your region.
Note: The data has to be approved for each fortnight for all the months separately. |
